What is the closest shrine to Hyrule Castle?
Where to find Saas Ko'sah. This is the only Shrine located within Hyrule Castle, which is located within the game's Central region. It's specifically found in the Castle's Docks.

Where to find Katah Chuki. This Shrine is located in Central Hyrule, just a stone's throw away from the end game destination of Hyrule Tower. It's specifically to the south west, to the north one of the roads that leaves the grounds.
Behind the Sass Ko'sah Shrine is a stone stairway. If the player goes up the stairs, they will reach a secret entrance to one of the largest interior portions of the castle, the Library.

What to do before facing Ganon?
The Destroy Ganon quest has been hanging over us since the start of the game, and it's time to put it to rest. Before you make your way there, make sure you do the following: Complete every Divine Beast - that's Vah Ruta, Vah Rudiana, Vah Medoh and Vah Naboris.
I thought that at the very least, Hyrule Castle would become less of an instant deathtrap and more of a fun place to actually explore, with the number of Guardians reduced and the Calamity goop gone, but no, nothing changes because there is no actual continue after you beat Ganon.

You get a new side quest, which sends you off to the Forgotten Temple. There is a shrine there, so it's pretty easy to fast-travel, assuming you have already completed the shrine.
The Trial of the Labyrinth is one of the most difficult shrine quests in the game simply due to its powerful enemies and maze structure.
