Who do I give Farosh scale to?
At the Kochi Dye Shop, Farosh's Scales can be used as an ingredient to create Light Yellow Dye. During "The Serpent's Jaws" Shrine Quest, Link will come upon the Spring of Courage. When he prays to the Goddess Statue there, The Goddess Hylia will instruct him to offer one of Farosh's Scales to the Spring.
Placing a Farosh's Scale in the water at the feet of the prayer statue will open the door leading to the Shae Katha Shrine. There are no puzzles once you are inside. Head up the stairs to open the treasure chest containing a Thunderspear then speak to the Shae Katha Monk to get your Spirit Orb.
The Spring of Courage is located in the Faron region and can be accessed by offering Farosh's scale at the entrance of the Spring. Players will need to defeat the guardians guarding the Spring in order to gain access to the Shae Katha Shrine.

What is the yellow dragon in Zelda?

The Master Sword is unique in that it's the only unbreakable weapon in the game. Its durability wanes with use, but after a few minutes recharging in your inventory, it's good to go again. It's worth finding the sword as it does double damage against Ganon and his minions.

Where is the Korok seed puzzle near the Spring of Courage?
Location: At the large entrance to the Shae Katha Shrine at the top of the Spring of Courage, the ruins look much like a large dragon with two claws. Search the two claws to find a Magnesis puzzle, and take a metal block from the east claw, and carry it over to the west claw to complete the puzzle.
Farosh can only spawn once a day but since a new day starts at midnight, it is possible to make it spawn twice in one night.
Use magnesis to place the large metal cube so that it blocks the fire. Walk into the room, and rotate Divine Beast Vah Rudania again. Interact with terminal 2. Doing so sill deactivate the flames.
